You may choose to add additional information and content to your profile that may be visible to other members of Puzzle Domain, such as a personal avatar and some information about yourself. You are not obligated to volunteer this information.

When solving a puzzle, information such as your score and time taken are stored and displayed to other members on the leader board.

Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive, and we use these to allow you to login to Puzzle Domain without re-entering your email address or password. You can change your browser options to stop accepting cookies, or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from Puzzle Domain. However, you may not be able to use all aspects of Puzzle Domain if you do not accept cookies. Third-party advertisers such as Google Ads may use cookies on Puzzle Domain and we have no control over these cookies.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes. It is not disclosed, rented, or sold to third-parties except as described in this policy. The Puzzle Domain administrators may access communications history and information about your Puzzle Domain account, and control how it may be accessed or deleted.

Puzzle Domain is hosted by our upstream provider SiteGround and your personal information is stored in a controlled environment. When data is transferred to Puzzle Domain over the Internet, the data is encrypted using industry standards. While we take reasonable efforts to guard your personal information, we cannot guarantee that information stored on our systems or transmitted via the Internet will be absolutely safe from intrusion by hackers and others.

Your Puzzle Domain account information is password-protected for your privacy and security.

Accessing and Updating Your Information

Once you have registered, your account information may be accessed and changed under the My Profile page. Your account information will be retained for as long as your account is active.
